Description: One flower and two buds on one upright, 36.0-cm inflorescence; dorsal sepal carmine-red, margins finely ciliate, reverse puberulent; synsepal yellow, lightly brushed and veined carmine-red becoming saturated at margins, margins and reverse finely ciliate; petals cream, yellow basally, brushed carmine-red distally, carmine-red hirsute proximally becoming hirsute distally; pouch cream, heavily overlaid carmine-red, veined garnet, rim cream becoming yellow sparsely spotted carmine red, interior pouch heavily spotted carmine red, exterior surface translucent puberulence; staminode cream, proximally sparsely hirsute red, densely hirsute distally, umbo yellow; substance firm; texture velvety.
